If you’ve ever wondered what makes Village Wines in Woodinville so special, now you don’t have to take just our word for it. The team at Woodinville Wine Country recently stopped by to film an episode of their series Behind the Menu, and we couldn’t be more excited to

share the story with you. From our beginnings as a tiny wine bar in 2006 to becoming a true community gathering space, this episode captures what makes Village Wines feel like home.

From Small Wine Bar to Beloved Hangout

Village Wines first opened its doors in 2006 with a simple idea.  Create a cozy little wine bar with desserts. What started as a modest dream grew into something much bigger.  It grew into an everyday hangout where neighbors, friends, and even first-time visitors instantly feel welcome. Unlike many restaurants where you might feel out of place, Village Wines has always been about comfort, connection, and a casual yet refined atmosphere.
